This qualification has been developed to give individuals who are not currently teaching or training, who are currently working as assessors, or who are currently teaching and training, an introduction to teaching and to further their competencies and expertise. These individuals wish to achieve the necessary skills and knowledge for preparation, planning, basic course design, and evaluation skills, required to fulfill a teaching role. Additionally, this certification will help new teachers develop their confidence and practice leading lessons.

  • Individuals with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered,subject to interview and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the demands of the programme

Students who successfully complete the program will be awarded Level 3 Award in Education & Training by QUALIFI, UK.

Progression Pathway

Upon successful completion of QUALIFI Level 3 Award in Education & Training qualification, Learners may progress to:

  • Qualifi level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
  • Directly into employment in an associated profession.
